All information provided to aphrodana must be truthful and accurate. The submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
All deposits to your aphrodana account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
aphrodana does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. aphrodana aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of the account.
aphrodana reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts that have not completed the required KYC verification process.
aphrodana does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which aphrodana accepts no responsibility.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. aphrodana reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its published dormancy policy. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.
aphrodana may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry dates.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, the use of automated software, or participation in coordinated bonus abuse schemes.
aphrodana reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
Each game available on the aphrodana Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. aphrodana accepts no responsibility for losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to understand the applicable game rules.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game, aphrodana reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. aphrodana's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.

All content on the aphrodana Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials, is the property of aphrodana or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of aphrodana. Any unauthorized use of aphrodana's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aphrodana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
aphrodana's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aphrodana account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
aphrodana does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
You may close your aphrodana account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
aphrodana reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, aphrodana reserves the right to forfeit the account balance.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the aphrodana Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact aphrodana's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. aphrodana will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
aphrodana reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, aphrodana will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.1.
